Our monies are not safe

I am very dissatisfied with the service I got from Capitec jubilee mall as I was told the is nothing they when wen I lost 10k from our credit card.Me and my wife both have Capitec accounts but we are losing our in Capitec bank.this is our story on Friday night we lost our card and on Saturday morning wen we switch on our phone 10k was swiped form our credit card we went to the branch to report but we we were told it was our negligence we gave people our pin u can imagine how we were shocked.please investigate this matter asap and give me a response by Monday the 20th of January 2025 because I am off the opinion that ur security systems needs some upgrading.our number is ***.the reference on the transactions is s2 mickeymousty temba,the reference is of Indian tuck shops.
