Our money is not safe with Capitec Bank

My account was debited R5000 by SS Wheels and Capitec does not want to assist me in recovering my money ,let alone file a case against them .There is not proof that I approved the debit ,but still Capitec tells me they cannot assist me in disputing the debit order and stop it.
