our money is not safe at banks

<p>Last week one of my accounts, African bank debited their installment early and took my transport money. I went to the bank at Naledi Mall Vosloorus only to be told by a consultant that they can't reverse a loan or a credit card debit order. That was my last money and I did explain that I need that money for transportation till month end as the bank debited early. And the lady there just told me there is nothing she can do. She can't give me my money back. </p> <p> </p> <p>Tell me then, what's the use of saving money if it's gonna be debited with no option for you to reverse? Isn't the money better off at home under my mattress</p>
