Our debit order goes off every month successfully

Our debit order goes off every month successfully. Then in April Capitec had problems with their system and incorrectly flagged us as non payment on ITC we are now struggling to recrify it. Al the bank says is that they will look into the matter and it was their fault. This is not fair as we did not miss one payment to Capitec now we are being blocked for credit everywhere due to Capitec's mistake. Unfair listing on ITC
