Our accounts are not safe at Capitec Bank

As I write this I am out of pocket, a random company went into my personal bank account when I woke up overnight I paid R17,000 to a certain company in Kempton Park. (Mind you I do not have that amount in my account) but the transaction went through and when I queried this transaction I was told they will investigate and come back to me after 14 WORKING DAYS and in the interim my account is on a minus and someone got away.

What I do not understand is why wasn't the transaction declined because I did not have that amount to carter for the transaction.

Capitec Bank

Your consultant just contacted me today and said: 'there is nothing they can do' I guess this is were my relationship with you ends, I cannot continue to bank with an institution knowing my account and credentials are not safe - anyone and everyone can just get into my bank account and help themselves and you tell me there is nothing you can do. Worse is the lie she told me that I authorised this transaction and entered my PIN. The whole time I felt like I am at the wrong in the way she handled this query, she is taking the merchant's side despite the dispute. Very unhelpful.

Once again

Your company put in writing to conclude my query, I need to response in writing.
