Orchestrated ****/***** by bank officials

Why is Capitec calling me, without introducing themselves properly and just demand to know if i need assistance with a loan or credit, the last i remember i never made such request. The whole call has all the red flags for an inside ****/ ***** by bank officials. Why are consultants calling unprofessional and demanding me to take credit or loan? worst thing is when i seek assistance from them they are clueless and would rather tell me straight in the eye to take my phone to "my friend's shop" when my app was not working. And she failed to tell me what made her call me cause i never requested any assistance from them.
