opening an account on Saturday

I went to Capitec Bank at Theku Plaza in Newcastle area to open two account for my younger sister and brother who have just completed matric last year, they need accounts for tertiary purpose. They had their IDs and Council letter for proof of registration, and was told to produce proof of registration. I went to internet cafe to print proof of registrations when i go back to the bank was told the don't open accounts on Saturdays at all and that's an instruction from manager, one of the reasons given was that they take time to open!!! When i ask the host whats her name she said "I'm Capitec employee" and i believe that's how you advise your staff to introduce to clients. I insisted on her name, she finally said she's Nokuphiwe. i contacted the call centre and spoke to Zikhona she said there's no such thing, she tried to call the branch but the was no respond and she sent them an email. Still waiting for a feedback or is it true that you don't open accounts on Saturdays
