OPEN MY SAVINGS ACCOUNT ITS BEEN 11 DAYS NOW

It's so sad to submit documents asked after that not be given feedback. It's been 11 days since my account was blocked because of a small portion on money 140? Seriously and they Taking forever to follow up on it..a query should take 24-48h but then capitec ones takes 11 days very poor service they do not take their customers serious all they know is to close accounts for no valid reason.
