Open my account or atleast give me the money that is in my main account because they are charging monthly fees for what if they account is closed

Account closed . Not that I'm reported but because I'm using it for Stokfel I've submitted documents on which they needed n still they rejected my explanations. Savings accounts were used on R100 Stokfel and main account for my family n friends when i ask for money . Proofs were there but still they refuse to open my account.
