Why is capitec always removing our savings plan accounts I'm not happy with capitec at all this bank has become so weak and boring now

How inconsiderate of capitec bank I'm supposed to pay school fees and rent my account is still not back what's up with this bank are we not supposed to get money in our accounts anymore since I transferred 400 to my sister even today she didn't get that 400 I'm sure ppl will leave this bank this capitec is robbing us

It's 2 days now capitec promised to call me but they didn't call my account is still not working I'm behind with making payments what the hell is wrong with capitec this time I'm leaving capitec this is so damn irritating I'm really not happy I called capitec 3 times they promised to look into it but no it's 3 days already wow
