Online purchases not refunded
Good evening I'm extremely annoyed with Capitec bank,there are online purchases from my entrepreneur debit card of about R410 that was made out of my account the reference is Uber eats,I don't even have Uber..I went to dobsonville mall hoping to get a refund for that money unfortunately I was told there's nothing they can do I can only open another account...Imagine R410 lost like that!!!!
