Online credit application

<p>I completeed an online credit application from Capitec 2 weeks ago. Ths is their so called time saving app. since I work late every day and do not have time to go to a branch. I am alos a long standing customer.</p> <p>Up to now no phone call. Email. NOTHING.</p> <p>Tried logging a complaint on their website?</p> <p>Not even the email address they have to do this is working.</p> <p>Welcome to the NEW Non-working South Afrcica.</p> <p>Come on CAPITEC.</p> <p>Is this so difficult to get it right?</p>
