Online Banking that Requires the App use for each Transaction makes Zero Sense

You online banking is so useless. One uses online banking because they do not want to use the app for whatever reasons. In my case, I have some issues with my phone. But for every transaction one makes, the use of the app becomes the requirement. So, technically, I am forced to using the app even though i opted for online banking. I understand the first online log in where one has to use the app to initiate the online platform but to direct me to the app for each transaction I am making is simply BS. Please do better or else your online banking is a nightmare that I wont experience twice.
