Today I woke up to a nice surprise funds were ****** out of my account, Capitec allowed *****sters to access my account and make payment and also made it recur. What I don’t understand is why should the customer be out of pocket when transfer was done in the account and as per Capitec this was a stop order from 2***, my salary has been going in there for almost 9 years and only today some stop order is imposed for what I don’t know. I know must wait 21 days for funds which is for my trip my company paid and I cannot pay accommodation due to Capitec week systems in place.

I am closing my account with Capitec as they a useless the same thing happened to my wife 8 months ago with no resolution. I will open a case of ***** and theft against the company that took my funds, and I will open a case of ***** and theft and loss of income against Capitec as I cannot fulfill my duties due to funds ****** from my account while I was sleeping. Capitec please note you will be paying for my flights as they are non-refundable at this stage due to the time the hotel also requires the funds even if you cancel, I will share the hotel and flights amounts/invoice.
