One unhappy client

<p>On monday around 12 in the afternoon I called the Capitec Bank asking for a settlement amount for a loan that I took with them and one the staff members gave it to me and I instructed them to take the money from my account , the following day I went to one of the branch in midrand when I got there I was told that I'm owing R18.72 which I told them I'm not gonna pay it , according to me when you ask for a settlement amount and you pay it everything is done .</p> <p>While I was at the branch we called the collections department and I spoked to a lady by the name of Gugu Langa who promised me that this will be sorted out even now it's not, again today called and I spoke to Rian who told me that they can not get my recordings when I called to get the settlement amount and that amount of R18.72 i must pay it which I told him that I won't be punished because one of their staff members gave me a wrong amount as my settlement amount</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
