One skipped payment and they deduct at anytime

I have a personal loan with Capitec and skipped one month payment. Then ask my friend to send me an amount of R2500 as i'm in need of the cash to pay for my brother's school fee. Suddenly today my friend deposited the cash and Capitec went and debited the amount. Now my brother will be kicked out of school because we dont have money to pay. I'm leaving this bank. They were suppose to double debit the following month.
