One payment, double transaction 🤯😡
I made payment to UNISA for R7191, next thing the transaction went through twice. I'm being told i have to pay R160 for the reversal, with no success guaranteed. So my question is because i didn't do double payment on my side, who's accountable? The first consultant went as far as say she doesn't know how this happened because she was not there when this happened. Capitec I want my money back!

21 Jan 2024, 06:36Even the money I sent my aunt via send cash never reached. 11 days later I still don't know whether I'll get my money sitting at UNISA, To this date my aunt never got money i sent last year, she went to a branch and was told the money will be reversed to me on the 19th, guess what? I still don't have it, you deserve a zero honestly.
