One day im approved, next im declined.

Monday, 16/11 I went to the Lyttelton branch, Pamela assisted me, unfortunately my company were not on the system but Pamela did choose another company to show me if I would qualify, we went through the whole process and after almost 2 hours the system said it will consolidate my loan and make a pay out of something in the R70k's. She said they will load the company I work for and call me when its done, yesterday I had to go there, then she created a savings account for me to load the company, we went through the process again, this time I thought something was wrong, she chose service loan and not consolidation, then when she had to enter my payslip details, she took my nett salary, minus my commission and inserted that at nett, the because my commission was paid on a diff date than my salary, she added my commission as a deduction, so I told her there is no way that is correct, she called Antoinette and she said pamela did everything correct, after 3 hours capitec did not want to give me anything, not even consolidate a loan, very very upset. This morning I phoned the loan dept to ask them if this is the correct procedure, I was told they cant help me I must go back to the branch
