Once again the banks discriminate against non-city dwellers AND have all manner of excuses to excuse their incompetence and lack of care.

Living 80 kilometres from a city and having an invalid mother, it is difficult to leave home. A neighbour offers to buy some food at the supermarket, as they are going into the city. I arrange a Capitec Send Cash BUT THE TRANSACTION IS DENIED AT THE CAPITEC ATM. The reason? The ATM did NOT HAVE ANY R10 OR R20 notes! This is not communicated to either myself or the recipient.

And NOW I HAVE TO WAIT FOR 30 DAYS FOR THE MONEY to be transferred back into my account!!!! SERIOUSLY?????

How is this MY FAULT????
