Once again, no network coverage from capitec connect

Me and my wife are both users of CAPITEC connect,for round about a year now. Everything started off great when we first got the Sim cards however, quite frequently we have no cell coverage(cell c) as capitec uses cell c for their connect service. This has happened about every month now for the past 7-8 months. I have been reporting this issue for the same time with absolutely no results. Sometimes we have no service for up to a week. This is really pathetic and show incompetence of the highest level.

Also the more I tell them that I cannot be Contacted by phone(there is no network coverage) the more they ignore the complaints because I cannot be contacted by phone. Pathetic Pathetic Pathetic If I could I would give this service a - rating.
