On the 6th august I requested a bank statement for my deceased uncle at capitec Pretorius which I want to submit with other documents at masters court it's been a month I've been calling the branch with a saying that headoffice has a backlog I dont know

On the 6th august I requested a bank statement for my deceased uncle at capitec Pretorius which I want to submit with other documents at masters court it's been a month I've been calling the branch with a saying that headoffice has a backlog I dont know what that means and also again the consultant tsakani from capitec said she will do follow up but I'm the one calling each time that's when they saw my application on the 25th August even today the bank is telling me they still busy with it but why does the statement takes a whole month because other institutions do it immediately.to think that I'm also a capitec customer it's a poor service
