On the 27th of September this year my sisters money disappeared from the account without a trace it was her whole salary, she then went to a nearest capitec branch to enquire about the issue, she was told a case would be opened and escalated to the *****
On the 27th of September this year my sisters money disappeared from the account without a trace it was her whole salary, she then went to a nearest capitec branch to enquire about the issue, she was told a case would be opened and escalated to the ***** department, until today no progress or feedback has been communicated regarding the case. On the 28th of this month on Saturday the same thing occurred all her her money just dissapeard from the account and she got paid the previous day on the 27th, please assist
