On the 26 of november 2024I went to capitec Bara mall to complain about my insurance policy which was deducted on the wrong date the lady by the name of simmy told me that they can't refund at the branch she will escalate the matter to customer complain department and the guy by the name of mbuyiselo steerman phoned and told me that they will refund the get back to me till today still waiting when I call they keep on telling me that they will get back to me but nothing is happening
