On the 22/11/2024 I was buying phone online and I transferred money to the absa account. On the 23/11/2024 I went to the absa branch in Mams mall mamelodi to report the *****, they told me that I need to go to police station to do affidavit and submit it to Capitec bank so that they can reverse the money because they can see it on their side. I went to police station on the 26/11/2024 to do affidavit and also open a case but nothing has happened on my side. Case number from absa is ASZA-2***1 and Case number from police station is 480/11/2024. This morning I received message from capitec bank read the below message
