My name is THANDAZILE Manzini I reported *****ulent activities on my app on the 25 May 2024 case number ***9. Went to the branch chrishani crossing to report the matter and I was told it was under invistigation. I might not even get refunded which is disappointing since we trust the bank to keep our money safe. I sent an email to ******** and even used their WhatsApp line and till today I haven't received any response from the bank. No communication what so ever.
