On Hold On My Funds
After my complaint I was called by Robin Rinquest about the incident that happened and he asked me to send the documents on the email he send. I did sent all requested documents on the 30 of October. I also followed up after some few days, but he hasn't rep**** to me till today. And they are still holding my Funds. Capitec is the worst Bank I've ever used.
