On hold On My Account

I, RM MOLEKO. On the 20 of this month I have put a complaint about my Capitec Account that has been put on hold due to the payment I received from Pkf Civil. My account is currently on hold since from last week Friday(20 October 2023). I have submitted everything they wanted to prove that the payment I received was not a *****. I mean everything they asked for but my account is still on hold and the worst part is that my child is sick I can't take her to the doctor because I can't use my account to withdraw cash.If anything should happen to my Daughter I am going to blame Capitec. And I again My debit orders can't go thru because of what the done. Please help me I don't know what to do anymore.
