On 28 February 2024 I did some deposit/transfer money from my daughter's Capitec account to my FNB account the amount of R20 000 even today they saying the money still pending

On 28 February 2024 I did some deposit/transfer money from my daughter's Capitec account to my FNB account the amount of R20 000 even today they saying the money still pending. We have been going back and forth we were even sent to Capitec head office and they promised to deposit the money to my FNB account within 7 days around September 2024 but till to date nothing has happened and now I'm running out of patience because it's very long overdue. It's more than a year but still no help, kindly assist me to expose this mentioned bank.
