I have a mother who is 90 years old. She is bed ridden. I have a additional card for her account to manger her payments etc. It expired. I call for a replacement card. I was told to go to the branch with my mother (primary Acc holder). Not possible with bed ridden 90 year old. There was nothing they could do. Spoke Supervisor same story. Asked to be called by Manager 2 months later still waiting for Call.
