Old loan account Settlement
Hi, I have walked into the bank a few times to sort out my old loan account. I have been paying over R1000 into the account for the past few months, but you guys are only allocating R850, why do the amounts differ? Also why does it show I owe R6000+, but yet also reflects and amount of minus R5000+? Please can someone from the collections team call me, and sort this out? I would like to know what is still due to you. Also I have made an additional payment of R1200+, but yet the balance is not different in any way and once again only R850 is allocated. What is happening with this account? Why is it impossible for the guys in the branch to assist me? And why has this not been sorted in the past 2 weeks as yet? I am trying to settle this account asap, and you are not allowing me to do this.

Please let me know whether the -R5000 credit was allocated and can you send me a statement of payments allocated from 2015 onwards?
