Old debt
I have not been contacted in years by Capitec Bank for a personal loan. I noticed that this loan is reflecting on my credit profile. I have sent them emails and they have forwarded me a statement which reflects payments made, with the most recent payment being 31st January.
I have emailed them back stating that these payments were not made by me as I was not even contacted by them. I have not received a response to the query that i raised. I asked that they review the payments made as they will be able to track where the payments came from and allocate it to the correct account.
This is an old debt.

You have said multiple times that there are payments on the account. I am saying that I have not made any payments.
The payments allocated to the account probably belongs to someone else and allocated incorrectly. Go back and trace those payments. I have not spoke to CSS.
