Ola Capitec

I was at the lyttelton branch this morning and was so impressed by Ola working at the branch. I had to put a fingerprint on a form that i was'nt aware of and is not related to the bank whatsoever. Ola said that she does'nt have inkpad to take fingerprints - she then went and found a bank stamp opened it and helped met get ink on my finger to do the fingerprint on the form. Great customer service is not always about getting the big things right , but noticing small things in People's lives and helping them to make it better or easier - Ola is magnificent at this.
