Oil stained money

I had failed to deposit money into my account using the atm. After discovering that the bank notes had oil stains on them i decided to deposit directly from the bank tellers. Went inside the bank the one by twist and kotze only to be told by the teller that they wont to be able help me,asked to speak to the manager 'keketso' who told me that i have to go to the Rerseve Bank to get the money changed because if the teller deposit the money into my account he would be required to pay a fine for depositing the momey. I asked her to check the money under UV to see if its counterfeit,she then told thats its not counterfeit bt they dnt accept oil stained money and emphasized that i must go to the reserve bank if i want to be assisted. My question is this procedure acceptable at your bank.
