Official Apology to Capitec Bank

Just very recently some Financial Institution (almost certainly a Bank in the UK, itself, or in South Africa, or both, RIPPED a 45,7% CHUNK OUT OF an International Transfer of R895 (Wise's Fee was R55. The Original amount was R950) I ordered from my UK "Wise" Acc. to my South African Capitec Bank Acc.

To make a long story short . . . I CHARGED Capitec Bank with this R408 Ripp Off (This is all I can call it!) without first checking if they were, indeed, the culprit. As it turned out, THEY WERE NOT! Of the R895 that Wise sent out to me, Capitec Bank only received R487, from which they, then, subtracted their fee of R50, which is a reasonable fee for International Money Transfers. I want to, OFFICIALLY, APOLOGISE to Capitec Bank and it's people, here and now, for this false accusation of mine. I have now removed the damaging review I wrote about them from Hello Peter" and have replaced it with this one. I am very sorry, guys, for having accused you, falsely, and I hope that you can forgive me.

Hopefully, I will remember next time something like this happens (may Almighty יהוה forbid, forever!) to try to remain calm and ask a few more questions before rushing in to write a potentially damaging review. The truth of the matter is that, as far as banks in South Africa go, Capitec Bank is better than most in getting the critically essential things right.
