of really no help.

i recently did a loan application for a consolidation with the company but man it took forever even thou it was online.system is slow and this all happened over a period of 5 days.then i still get declined due to affordability.the point of a consolidation is to help and not to break off and if i work out what i have this would work out to a win win for both myself and the bank.....so the tem simplified banking living better does not even apply to this business if you cant even help out customers that require assistance and in this ecenomy this a big opportunity for you to show value to your customer.
