**** of capitec

in December the 04 /12/2023 i went into the branch of capitec i had ask for assistance with my account that has been stopped due to one of ther clients reported my account a **** the lady informed me my account was closed with my 2000 rond in it i asked the lady at the branch you are saying my account was blocked due to a report of one of your clients am i not a client of you she relpy**** by saying she can not give put that clients information she then informed me that i was cuaght up in a ponsie **** wher poepel transfare money in to your account then report it to the bank as frued account so the bank blockes all your accounts no access to your own money with out any explanation they told me i have to waith 72 hours the will return the money to the sender and i will gt my balance up ubtil today nobody of capitec has contacted me and my 2000rnd is just lieng ther i cant access it i have alos stopped using the account becuese how can one client be more important then the next i am also a client of ther bank but i was treated as a ******** and that for my own money
