NOZUKO-CAPITEC BANK ALBERTON CITY

The consultants at Capitec bank,Alberton City are pathetic. I went to amend just 1 thing on my funeral cover yesterday and i waited for an hour before my ticket number was called. The lady told me that they thought my ticket number was not available. Nozuko who refused to assist me suggested that i use my app to amend howevee there is no option to amend. I found her to be lazy, *********** and bluntly rude for making me wait for that long without being assisted.
