Nothemba Nobanda GREAT service
After struggling with several consultants to get a settlement letter for my loan - i got assigned to a lady by the name of Nothemba Nobanda , and what great service she gave , i got my little within two minutes of speaking to her over the phone , she dealt well with the query aswel as she showed compassion. now THAT is how you give service . i would recommend all Capitec staff Take a few notes from her personally.
