Not worth it

So the app tells you to visit a branch for no reason regarding the credit facility. Contradicting itself and waisting your time. Bank doesn't help you with credit forcing you to go and ask other financial institutions where you get approved. Old mutual and sanlam gives you insanely excellent services and your not even a client. In the two years being a client of capitec not defaulting in any way or form on payments or credit facilities and having a credit score of 650 with the credit bureau i check up with and not recieving any proper help with credit from capitec, i realize that if i was an FNB or Standard Bank client for that same amount of time. I would of been better off. So anyone with enough logic and ambition in life should realize using capitec with the idea of using credit to advance yourself or even just build a good credit relationship, it's probably not going to happen. Its insane that the difference in banks can make a big difference in the long run
