Not working together

For the second time my mother has been ******ed around at Carletonville branch regarding a new account. She is divorced and her ID still has her married surname, after finding out what she needs to open a new account we went home which is out of town to get the said documents, went back to Capitec and now they need ORIGINAL divorce decree, IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO GET THE ORIGINALS AS IT IS AGAINST THE LAW TO HAVE THE ORIGINALS, THE DIVORCE COURT HAS THE ORIGINALS. It is the second time this has happend.. i will not recommend anyone to capitec for a new account
