not willing to help
Myself and my wife has have been banking with capitec bank for over five years we chose capitec bank because of their excellent account charges and how little banking fees has cost us, however when we tried applying for a loan we were declined because my wife was on maternity leave and only had two salary drops instead of three. My question to capitec is (does 60 salary drops not count for anything?. Really bad policy and a quick way to loose clients.
