NOT WELCOMING AT ALL

Capitec Northmead Square use to be an absolute pleasure to go and visit. The Consultants that were there were friendly, welcoming and made you feel special. I use to love going there, I called them my friends. They have all been transferred and there is only one of them left at the Branch and I only like to deal with her. Took my husband there today to open up an account. Our ticket was 93. Whilst waiting numbers 95 and 96 were called. It didn't bother me cause I wanted to see my usual Consultant. Then our ticket came up and I got up and there was another Client ushered to where I wanted be. Out of nowhere the branch manager was in my face and told me that he was before me. I told her my ticket came up and that was the Consultant I wanted to see. She asked me if I wanted to see another Consultant and I told her no that there was only one Consultant I deal with. She bent down and was in my face questioning me. "Do you see that lady sitting there was she here before you?" I said no which was stupid of me, but obviously she was because she had been busy with that Consultant for quite some time. What the hell of a question was that????? She went and got me another ticket. One thing led to another. Then she said "If that Consultant is transferred I will let you know what branch she is at." I got up and walked out. I will never again put foot in that branch. Yes it has changed. These Consultant's are highly opinionated with attitude. It is really sad that the warm welcoming feeling has gone.
