Not very very happy with Capitec management complaint management center

Capitec complain management customer service is as bad as the branch I was dealing with then 6 months back with my complaints and the insurance was suppose to pay money towards my loan as I was not working in 2020 for 9months but now my account is headed over while I was busy with the complaint management which I didn't understand how but the handed over amount is the original loan amount and I've paid my loan for 3years without skipping payments. I am sending emails to thr customer service and the complaint management I was dealing with before but no answer for the past 2 months, I think ill also go to the branch naked because that is the only way Capitec listens to their black female customers because if I was a white person or a male I wouldn't have been treated like this. 2 years trying to sort out this loan but I am not successful
