Not very happy

Greetings My name is Vuyo Gwebu I took a loan with Capitec 70k in 2017 and l was suppose to finish my loan soon but due to covid I was laid off at work for 9 months with no pay at all and I couldn't pay Capitec, last year I was given 3 months break nd after that I was told I don't qualify and I didn't understand why, this year in March I found out that loans have insurance and they were suppose to pay but now that I am asking about it I am told that I was not retrenched so insurance won't pay. I tried calling the complaint line to get help I tried calling the call center I even went to the branches to seek help but no one is able to help. In March last year my loan was on 47k now its 67k so they don't want to assist me but they adding interest every month. I hope someone will hear me and contact me as I have been waiting for 4 week for the complaint manager to call me or even the collection department manager to call me but no one is getting back to me.
