Not taking coins

Good day

So disappointed to discover that Capitec branch doesn’t take coins.

Went to Capitec bank Main Street carrying coins that I have been saving only to my surprise that they don’t take coins I must go to another branch in Gandhi square where I need to hurry because i might find it full cos it’s at 12% how pathetic is that.

I carried my coins to standard bank where I got help without any hesitation

You can only think that a bank is dealing with money but Capitec they deal notes not coins very irate and disappointed. Why have a branch that can not assist with everything
