Not so happy client

I have been banking with capitec for years now, in 2016 I app**** for credit facility and I received R5000 which expired after 6 months when i tried re-aplying I got rejected and they said its my score but the only loan i was taking actively was the credit facility. ever since then I have never qualified for a loan. my score is average going on good but I qualify at other banks. I have since been advised to move banks but I really dont feel like moving banks but I will have no choice if capitec continues to decline my credit applications without proper reasons why.
