Not safe to bank with Capitec Bank

On the 25th of September 2023 I noticed that there are transactions I don't know and I visited my bank they seem to know that my bank account has been cloned. The culprits dined at Uber Eats and booked a holiday with TravelStart and my bank promised to reversed those transactions that amount to plus R7000 but I'm yet to receive that service.
