Not safe bank to keep your money,promises don't get kept

This review is particularly in anger and out of frustration. After my first review regarding Clientele I was in contact with many people from Capitec who promised me that my issue would be sorted out and I believed them like any fool. Siyanda the manager at Horizon mall Capitec even went as far as saying to my face that my money would be in my account in 24 hours,he made a promise based on his discussion with Tshepo who he was talking to while I was there. Need I say I never got any refund from them and after countless follow ups I am back were I began with everyone sending me from pillar to post. I'm frustrated with Capitec,I will personally take it upon myself to make sure that everyone knows that their money is not safe with Capitec,our salaries are not safe. They are a bunch of ******. Why make a promise to a client that you know very well is a lie just to get rid of them,that's what Siyanda did,even gave me a hand shake kanti he knew very well that I was the fool. I have used more than R829 calling Capitec,their stories are contradictory every time
