It's been 15days now still I'm waiting for capitec to resolve my issue while they said they will resolved it within 14days..I did all they wanted me to do I even did an affidavit at police station to proof my innocent but still they don't help..I'm very sad n angry with this capitec service...what do they think how I survive course that business is my main source of income..capitec is selfish n n don't feel shame for their customers..I'm so disappointed ☹️☹️☹️people must stop using capitec is useless

20 Oct 2023, 16:26It's been more than 20days since I chase capitec..with phone calls..visiting branch with affidavit n writing here..but nothing is happening my business is closed becourse of this I can't operate my I turn down all my customers becourse of capitec...how can I **** a person R20 while that my flash machine it has +-2k...
Can some1 recommend me where can I report capitec bank please please...I beg.is been 3th time I lodge a complain here but still capitec doesn't help me.
