Not receiving paid up letter
We paid off a loan on the 12th of July, and was told that we would receive a paid up letter within 5 to 10 working days. I am trying to buy a vehicle, but the loan is reflecting badly on my credit, hence why I paid it off. So today it has been a month since I paid, and I still don't have the letter. I've been at the branch, I've phoned, I've sent emails, and no one is assisting. Can someone please assist in this matter?

18 Aug 2021, 13:35It is now a week later and I still don't have a letter. Last week Thursday I was promised I would have it before end of the week. Monday I spoke to a consultant again, who said I should have it by the end of the day, it is now Wednesday and still no letter. This is utterly pathetic, I have been struggling to get this letter for more than a month now
